How to book a roomFor the convenience of our participants, we are organizing a shuttle bus transfer from Warsaw Chopin Airport (Okęcie) to the hotel in Łochów.
Buses will operate regularly, approximately every hour (slightly over one hour), allowing for a comfortable transfer regardless of arrival time.
Transfer cost:
€25 – adults
€15 – children up to 12 years old

Participants traveling by public transport can easily reach Łochów via Warsaw city center.
Step 1 – From the airport to Warsaw city center:
From Warsaw Chopin Airport (Okęcie), please travel to Warsaw Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna), located in the very center of Warsaw.
You can use:
public transport (train, bus)
Uber / taxi
or any other convenient transport option.
Step 2 – Train from Warsaw Central to Łochów:
From Warszawa Centralna, take a train to Łochów.
Trains operate approximately every two hours.
⏱ Train travel time: approx. 47 minutes
After arriving at Łochów station, you can continue to the hotel using local transport or pre-arranged transfers.
